StoreMind is a service provided by AnyMind AI that enables product-level conversational experiences using AI-powered chat interfaces. By using StoreMind via an integration, plugin or API connection, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Use of External Services

StoreMind relies on a cloud-based API hosted at:

This API enables natural language interaction between customers and individual products. StoreMind may be integrated into websites, ecommerce platforms, mobile apps or other frontend interfaces.

What Data Is Sent and When

To function, StoreMind receives and processes the following data:

• Store or site URL (to identify origin)
• Product data such as name, description, image URLs, price and related attributes
• Configuration data such as UI layout preferences or assistant settings
• End-user chat messages sent during chatbot interaction

End-user messages may include personally identifiable information (PII) if voluntarily provided by the user, depending on how the chatbot is configured.
